High Rise Superintendent opportunity for a project in Vancouver

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a Construction Management company that has grown rapidly over the last decade throughout Vancouver. They specialize in LEED green building and their project portfolio includes some of the most notable high-rise buildings in Vancouver.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is a great opportunity to work on a massive High-rise project in Vancouver and join a rapidly growing company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Master the trade coordination; including manage schedules, avoiding overlaps and site conflicts.
• Push the schedule and deliver the project on time by foreseeing and dealing any concerns.
• Monitor the project budget to prevent any cost overruns.
• Master the drawings to rectify construction challenges before they arise.
• Deal with challenging workforce issues that arise.
• Anticipate and minimize any issue that arise.
• Treat safety as a priority
• A key task will be balancing the needs of schedule, budget and safety.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10 years experience as a Superintendent
• High rise project experience
• Start to finish project experience
• Experience working on concrete projects

COMPENSATION

• $130,000 - $170,000 per annum
• Annual discretionary bonuses
• 3-4 weeks vacation
• Health and Dental benefits
