Description
Our client, a renowned crown corporation and one of Canada’s largest P&C insurance providers, is seeking an experienced Pricing Actuary to join their dynamic team. With earned premiums exceeding $5 billion, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a trusted organization in BC’s insurance sector. In this role, you’ll drive pricing analysis, and product optimization, and support strategic decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed pricing analysis of P&C products and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Generate reports on key issues, providing actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Contribute to pricing projects and initiatives, optimizing processes and improving analytics capabilities.
- Support continuous process improvements in pricing and analytics functions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in actuarial pricing, with a solid understanding of the P&C insurance industry.
- Hold an FCAS, FCIA, or equivalent actuarial designation.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and other relevant actuarial tools.
