My client, a well known excavation company, is looking for a highly motivated Civil Construction Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
