Responsibilities

  • Showings of multiple units in a variety of properties within Greater Victoria
  • Preparation of all leasing documents and notices
  • Organize and manage efficient work order process
  • Efficient completion and reporting of all suite inspections
  • Ability to efficiently obtain quotes
  • Completion of market research to enhance current portfolios
  • Hire and supervise building superintendents
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience as a Rental Property Manager (Newly licensed may also apply)
  • Clear understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Has a valid Rental license
  • Valid driving license
