Our client, a leading insurance provider in Quebec, is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster specializing in Casualty and Litigation. Responsibilities

• Manage claims of Auto, CGL, D&O and Professional Liability
• Confirming coverage and completing a liability investigation
• Prepare internal reporting files for large loss and reinsurance
• Conduct efficient and prompt investigation
• Provide quality service for customers

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience in Casualty and Litigation claims
• AMF License
• Fluency in French and nice to have English proficiency

• Gérer les sinistres Auto, RCG, D&O et Responsabilité Professionnelle
• Confirmer la couverture et mener une enquête de responsabilité
• Préparer les dossiers de reporting interne pour les sinistres importants et la réassurance
• Mener une enquête efficace et rapide
• Offrir un service de qualité aux clients

Qualifications

• 5 ans ou plus d’expérience en sinistres et litiges
• Licence AMF
• Maîtrise du français et agréable d’avoir une maîtrise de l’anglais
