Strata Manager

Calling all Strata Property Managers! We are looking to hire a licensed, seasoned Strata Property Manager for our client based in Vancouver, BC!

About the Position
Your main job duties will include:

• Prepare for and assist with facilitating, if required, strata council meetings and general meetings.
• Prepare council meeting agendas
• Handle and process all operational correspondence and owner communications
• Carry out directives and follow lawful instruction of Council in a timely manner
• Prepare minutes of all meetings attended including night meetings
• Assist Strata Councils in preparing annual budgets and planning for capital
• Inform Strata Councils regarding legislative requirements and assist with interpretation of financial information through monthly financial statement review.
• Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and approved

The Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Strata Manager
• Has obtained a valid Strata license
• Experience with high rise strata buildings is a plus
• Valid driving license

Compensation

• $85,000 - $100,000 base salary
