Superintendent – Hope

Superintendent role for an affordable housing 3 story wood frame project in Hope with a national general contractor. Project is due to break ground in March 2025. Project schedule is Monday-Friday non rotational.

Responsibilities:

• Site management with a focus on trades, budgets, quality and schedule.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Ensuring construction safety is treated as a priority on the job site.
• Review and master the blueprints to address constructability issues.
• Study all contracts and major POs to eliminate scope gaps and ensure budget issues are prevented
• Ensure a high level of quality is maintained at all stages of the project
• Other duties typical of a Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• Multifamily wood frame and concrete experience
• Modular construction experiences an asset
• Experience running similar projects ranging from $20M - $40M from start to finish
• Track record of safe work sites
