About the Position
Reporting to senior partners, the Solicitor will assist clients in all aspects of wills and estates law, including estate planning, administration, and litigation. The role involves working on complex files, participating in mediations, and appearing in court as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor eager to develop expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of solicitor experience with a strong interest in developing expertise in wills and estates law
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Membership in good standing with the MB provincial law society
