Profile sought:

  • DEC or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, with experience on CNC machines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in team supervision of machining processes and production management.
  • Knowledge of isostatism and best practices for manufacturing machined parts.
  • Eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
  • Bilingualism (French and English), written and spoken.

  • Coordinate the tooling design and route planning team for the plant.
  • Manage manufacturing method standardization projects.
  • Monitor the design of specialized equipment for new customer orders.
  • Define and implement standard manufacturing methods.
  • Ensure the optimization and standardization of manufacturing processes.
  • Improve productivity, quality and compliance with delivery deadlines.
  • Act as a technical resource person for production and maintenance.
  • Determine and control production parameters.
