As our District Vice President, you will have full P&L accountability and responsibility for the development and implementation of service, modernization and installation business for our business in Eastern Canada. In this role, you will also ensure the profitable growth of the business, increase market penetration in systems and services, acquire and develop diverse talent. In addition, you will be responsible for management/financial controls, ensuring actions are in place to secure the successful execution of performance plans.

You will bring 7+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience with New Building Solutions and/or relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union-represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. You must be fluent in French and English in order to serve KONE's Francophone and Anglophone clients in this market.

The hiring range for this role is $ 205,900 – 283,000. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
