We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will work closely with clients and play a key part throughout the sales process, ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests for quotations in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and pricing, preparing accurate quotations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and project information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns regarding orders, tracking information etc.
  • Organize and manage project information to support seamless communication with customers.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience throughout all phases of the sales process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A college or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with high proficiency in written English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong desire and ability to learn continuously.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
