We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will work closely with clients and play a key part throughout the sales process, ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests for quotations in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed product information and pricing, preparing accurate quotations.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and project information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns regarding orders, tracking information etc.
- Organize and manage project information to support seamless communication with customers.
- Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience throughout all phases of the sales process.
Qualifications & Skills
- A college or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Bilingual in French and English, with high proficiency in written English.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong desire and ability to learn continuously.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
