CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our well-established client is looking for a candidate willing to fill their Customer Relations Representative position as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent position, on-site with benefits.

LOCATION: Dorval, Québec

SALARY: 46k to 50k per year, according to experience

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 35h/week, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, shipments, and quote requests, while promoting products, services, and training.
  • Assist with invoicing, reception, and reporting tasks.
  • Provide quotes and follow up on order and quote requests.
  • Accurately process quotes and orders to ensure an optimal sales order process.
  • Work closely with the shipping team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and take control of interactions.
  • Input customer information into ACCPAC and CRM, maintaining accurate records.
  • Make outbound calls to promote products, services, training, and drive upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in projects, provide training, and assist with data cleanup.
  • Monitor accounts, address complaints, and suggest improvements for systems, procedures, and customer relations.

Requested skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluently bilingual, written and spoken (French and English).

As this position requires frequent interactions with international vendors, the English language is considered necessary and will be used daily at an advanced level

  • Customer centric.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, ACCPAC (an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work with a team.
  • Well organized and can work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
