  • Exécuter toute autre tâche requise pour le poste d’Assistant(e)-administrative(e)
  • Rédiger, réviser et relire des documents (correspondance, factures, présentations, brochures, rapports)
  • Ouvrir et distribuer le courrier et les autres documents reçus.
  • Coordonner la circulation des renseignements à l'interne et avec d'autres services et organismes.
  • Fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous et des réunions.
  • S'adapter aux nouvelles tâches et procédures à venir

QUALIFICATIONS :

Formation postsecondaire ;

  • capacités avérées de leadership et de gestion du personnel ;
  • compétences interpersonnelles supérieures ;
  • solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite ;
  • compréhension approfondie des normes de transport et capacité à les appliquer ;
  • capacités efficaces de gestion du temps ;
  • compétences efficaces en matière d'organisation et de planification ;
  • connaissances en informatique ;
  • engagement à fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

The main responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are as follows:

  • Commit to operational and marketing standards;
  • Be responsible for the department's financial objectives;
  • Ensure the order and proper filing of files.
  • Perform work in accordance with company standards and policies;
  • Perform all other tasks required for the position of Administrative Assistant.
  • Draft, revise and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports).
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and other documents.
  • Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Adapt to the new tasks and evolution of the rol

QUALIFICATIONS :

Post-secondary education ;

- proven leadership and people management skills;

- superior interpersonal skills;

- strong verbal and written communication skills;

- thorough understanding of transportation standards and ability to apply them;

- effective time management skills;

- effective organizational and planning skills;
