Why is this role important:

The Director, Intake & Prioritization is a critical connector within National Operations & Pharmacy Transformation, supporting teams across the organization to align priorities, streamline processes, and optimize resources. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role bridges teams, technology, and leadership, ensuring work is focused, efficient, and impactful.

This role isn’t about controlling the details-it’s about enabling collaboration, fostering alignment, and keeping the bigger picture in view. You’ll play a key role in keeping efforts organized, minimizing wasted time, and driving clarity for all stakeholders.


What you'll do:

  • Drive Adoption and Engagement: Ensure strong understanding, consistent usage, and commitment to the intake process across all leadership levels, creating alignment and integrity in how work is prioritized and managed.

  • Facilitate Prioritization: Guide the intake and prioritization process, ensuring requests are clearly understood, aligned, and ready for action.

  • Bridge Teams: Act as a connector across functions, fostering alignment between teams, technology, and leadership.

  • Enable Visibility: Provide insights into priorities, capacity, and progress to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Support Resource Planning: Partner with teams to optimize capacity and resource allocation, focusing on high-impact initiatives.

  • Simplify Processes: Keep the process accessible and easy to follow, ensuring it supports-not hinders-the teams using it.

  • Build Partnerships: Strengthen collaboration and trust across the organization, becoming a go-to partner for clarity and alignment.


What you bring:

  • Experience in projects, governance, or operational strategy, with an ability to ensure process adherence while building buy-in.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex workflows.

  • A curious, high-energy approach that thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a talent for connecting people and priorities.

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on driving results and accountability.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar function
