What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Loblaw Brands strategic plan aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.

  • Lead and develop materials for executive-level audiences, including power point presentations and word documents

  • Identify and define strategic projects that enable Marketing and Brands to deliver a measurable impact to the Enterprise

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key Marketing and Loblaw Brands goals, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

  • Support the governance model of annual and multiyear plans and tangible measures of success to monitor progress against key strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy to develop key strategic deliverables that align to enterprise objectives

  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with Marketing and Loblaw Brands leaders and business stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation and inform business strategies.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in strategy development either in CPG or consulting.

  • Proven storytelling ability, distilling complex ideas into clear, concise narratives for executive level audiences

  • Excellent communication and presentation development, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of consumer and market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a face paced environment and experience working in and successfully navigating a complex matrix organization.
