This role supports the Shoppers Drug Mart HR Client group, and is central to the Employee Relations Group, responsible for developing reporting tools and dashboards for updates to leadership, including the President. The colleague manages regular tracking and reporting processes and responds to ad-hoc requests for people data and analytics.

What You'll Do:

· Support the execution of and reporting on the Associate Owner Survey and the Retail Engagement Survey

· Analyze large data sets from multiple systems (Dayforce, Workday, Workforce Management, MS Forms, Qualtrics etc.) and transform this data into various reporting formats, including dashboards and PowerPoint presentations

· Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices to influence human resources strategies.

· Assist Director and HRBPs with research, analysis and implementation of programs, reports and projects as required

· Build and foster partnerships with business COEs, and cross-functional teams as the primary contact for people analytics and reporting

· Lead the gathering of requirements, design, development, testing and change management for Workday implementation in the franchise retail environment

· Recommend and implement solutions based on issue analysis and business impact

· Develop solutions based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, ensuring solutions return stakeholder value and business results

· Promote reporting automation, self-service, and a culture of data-driven decisions

· In partnership with the Total Rewards team and the benefits plan provider, administer annual benefits renewal for Associates and their retail employees

· Processing of invoices related to central HR materials and managing inventory of materials available to stores

· Management of the HR portal, central HR inboxes, making updates to store HR policies and procedures

What You'll Need:

· Post-secondary education preferably in analytics or data analysis. Human Resources background combined with strong data analysis skills also desirable

· 1 - 3 years progressive related experience

· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and to present data effectively to varying audiences

· Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.

· Solid computer skills required in MS Office

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.

· Customer focused and able to nurture positive customer relationships

· Highly organized and has a high degree of attention to detail

· Strong analytical skills and superior ability to problem-solve

· Exceptional commitment to customer service with strong sense of urgency

· Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction
