The Enterprise Strategy team is recruiting an Analyst to assist in driving the transformation at Manulife. Position Responsibilities:
Think analytically to break down moderately complex issues into smaller, manageable parts.
With support, discern the most critical pieces of larger analyses and communicate them clearly.
Communicate results of work of moderate complexity to business partners and articulate solutions to senior team members.
Collect and analyze high volumes of diverse information; incorporate external factors into research and analysis.
Focus on market indicators as part of a larger strategy and share data for further interpretation with peers.
Maintain a basic understanding of the business, value chain, financial acumen, and customer lifecycle for the strategy being supported.
Engage a wide audience in research, synthesizing large volumes of data to bring together informed recommendations.
Combine an openness to diversity across cultures and markets with the ability to identify common patterns.
Understand how technology supports the organization.
Support policies and standards that outline delivery execution.
Required Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a business or quantitative discipline with 2 years of experience in top tier management consulting or similar strategy roles preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Self-awareness and the ability to use a variety of methods and techniques to achieve goals.
Ability to identify the "what" and "why," considering diverse perspectives to build support for ideas.
Demonstrated understanding of unspoken agendas to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment and commitment.
Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and cultures.

Ability to deliver comprehensive, forward-looking advisory services to senior management.
Experience in collaborating on strategic communication efforts, providing context, focus, and inspiration.

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,925.00 CAD - $119,875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
