Marketing Specialist - Acquisition/Conversion, Affinity Markets

Join our dynamic Affinity Marketing Team at Manulife, where we are dedicated to where we are dedicated to expanding our customer base and enhancing customer conversion rates. We offer innovative insurance solutions (Health & Dental, Life, Travel and Mortgage insurance in partnership with our Affinity partners, advisors, agents, and brokers) tailored to the unique needs of our clients, and we are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to help drive our customer acquisition and conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and convert leads into policyholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing to refine and enhance marketing tactics.
  • Assist in the management of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, print, and direct mail.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support in lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for customer acquisition and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on acquisition and conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of print and direct mail marketing strategies.
  • French language skills are an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
