Journeyperson Pipefitter or Plumber (Lead Hand)

 

Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is looking for Experienced Journeyperson Pipefitters or Plumbers to work on a construction project in Vancouver, British Columbia (Annacis Island). This is your chance to work with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies!

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications: 

 

We are looking for construction tradespersons who have experience with: 

  • Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
  • Establishing control points with accuracy
  • Able to provide leadership.
  • Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
  • Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware.
  • Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy.
  • Rigging and installing equipment
  • Mechanical bolt-up
  • Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
  • Valid Zoom Boom Ticket is considered an asset.

  • $41.96 /Hour (CLAC Rate) Plus a $2.00/hour Project Specific Premium
