About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to designing, implementing and optimizing the marketing strategies of a fast-growing accounting firm. Your role will be essential in strengthening the brand, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. You will work closely with partners, business line leaders and support departments to align marketing efforts with the firm's overall business objectives.
This strategic position combines business development, digital transformation and brand management, while placing the customer experience (internal and external) at the heart of all actions. Expertise in digital marketing, brand management and communications, as well as knowledge of professional services (accounting, auditing, tax), will be essential for success in this role.
This position requires a passionate individual with strong organizational and project management skills - well-organized, structured, results- and solutions-oriented, who thrives on action and can build relationships within cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Canada.
- Manage digital marketing deployment to generate traffic and increase visibility.
- Oversee the creation of relevant content (articles, case studies, infographics)
- Collaborate with different teams to identify customer needs and design targeted campaigns to generate leads.
- Organize and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to raise the firm's profile.
- Lead the marketing team, encourage talent development and ensure effective task allocation.
- Manage the marketing budget, maximize ROI and monitor campaign performance.
- Maintain links with international teams and optimize marketing team processes.
- Refining the brand's positioning as an industry leader, while strengthening its reputation in specific niches.
- Create strategic alliances to increase visibility and support the employer brand by aligning internal culture and external promise.
- To provide quality service and an in-house customer experience for associates, ensuring case management and peace of mind.
Your Strategic skills and competencies
- University degree in marketing, business administration or related field, with over 5 years' experience in strategic marketing, ideally in professional services.
- Master's degree (MBA) in strategic marketing, an asset.
- Expertise in digital marketing, with the ability to convert data into concrete, measurable actions.
- Solid experience in B2B services (accounting, auditing, consulting, law) and in developing growth-oriented marketing plans.
- Project management and business event organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Bilingual (French and English), with experience in internal and external customer management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with a rigorous, structured mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English, to effectively interact and manage communications with internal and external clients in Quebec and beyond.
