About the Role 

As a Production and Documentation Center Technician at Forvis Mazars, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of providing top-tier audit and advisory services.  

Your role will involve managing and producing high-quality financial and professional documents to support our operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Perform linguistic review and formatting of financial statements and letters, including financial calculations, correspondence production, and various documents. 

  • Produce final PDF documents and upload them to our various online platforms. 

  • Print and assemble financial statements, letters, tax returns, and prepare bindings for grouped documents. 

  • Prepare fee notes at the request of partners, executive directors, and other mandate leaders. 

  • Create client and mandate profiles in the CRM. 

Your Profile 

  • DEC or DEP in secretarial studies or office administration 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position 

  • Excellence in spoken and written French and English, especially in linguistic revision 

  • Knowledge of French and English typographic rules 

  • Proficiency with the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 

  • Knowledge of PDF-XChange 

  • Familiarity with Caseware and Caseview (an asset) 

  • Proficiency in French and English, to effectively interact with all our clients in Quebec and beyond.​​​​​​​
