As a CIAM (Customer Identification Authentication Management) Application Analyst at the National Bank, you are responsible for analyzing new requests and supporting applications from Okta and satellite services to facilitate integrations.

Your job
- Understand and document onboarding processes to facilitate customer onboarding
- Ensure you follow good practices and reuse as much of the known processes
- Document new integrations, their configurations and be able to map the interactions between different departments
- Ensure the continuity of integration through incident management by writing guides, performing maintenance or solving problems
- Perform configurations to enable integration of services into the CIAM ecosystem.

Prerequisites
- Several years of relevant experience as an analyst
- Technical experience in analysis, technical support or incident management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, facilitation, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills including incident management in projects.
- Understanding of delivery cycle/life cycle of incident and problem management, desirable
- Curiosity and a desire to learn more
- Experience with AWS cloud services (EKS, EC2, Lambda), an asset
- Knowledge of monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, an asset.
