Join the Corporate team that supports investment strategy and financial planning for the investment sector. You’ll have the opportunity to actively participate in a transformation to help the Bank become a leader in financial and estate planning in Canada. The notion of innovation, creativity and staying aligned with market trends is a key competency of this position. Your role 

Conduct coaching, training and develop specialized workshops on skills based on the various fields of financial planning with an emphasis on estate planning, for all specialists across Canada.  

Assist the Senior Director and Investment Associate Vice-Presidents by acting as an expert advisor to develop and maintain the advisory and business development culture and be the reference in financial and estate planning to improve the client experience.

Contribute to the development of specialist content for the Advice & Coaching, Investment, financial and estate planning team, and represent the line of business in corporate and consumer media projects.

This position reports to the Senior Director of the Investment Value Chain, Advice & Coaching team. We are passionate about financial planning and the real impact that quality advice can have in our clients' lives. Being a Director of Development and Support, in Financial and Estate Planning, means demonstrating leadership in your field, accompanying, developing and training managers and employees in the Investment sector. You collaborate and work in synergy with the Bank's various colleagues and investment experts. 

Prerequisites 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance option (or related discipline) and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree (relevant discipline) and 4 years of experience. 

Financial planner or member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec or tax specialist 

Experience in an advisory and influencing role 

Relevant coaching experience
