As an Employee & Brand Engagement Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) at National Bank Financial Markets, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and communication among various internal partners, including employees, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Attraction, Campus Recruitment, and Marketing teams. You will also engage with external partners such as vendors and academic institutions. In this individual contributor role, you will ensure the seamless operation of CIB by managing Corporate Development and Business Management activities. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a positive and engaging workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience within CIB. Additionally, you will elevate CIB's external brand presence through strategic marketing materials, newsletters, and partnerships. Your Job
• Facilitate CIB operations in collaboration with HR partners and Talent Corporate teams to roll out programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Act as the primary contact for day-to-day feedback from CIB employees• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Integration team to attract and onboard top talent. Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company, emphasizing alignment with company values and a smooth transition into their roles.• Actively participate in campus activities, recruitment sessions, and career fairs to attract top talent. Serve as a liaison to ensure that CIB is well represented at various functions and events.• Work hand-in-hand with Campus Recruitment partners to forge and nurture strong connections with academic institutions and career services, thereby boosting CIB's visibility and leading reputation.• Collaborate with internal teams to craft engaging presentations and materials for recruitment events.• Track key metrics while maintaining and updating employee databases in various systems.• Promote and implement CIB's brand and employer brand strategies to position the franchise as an industry leader. Ensure consistent brand messaging, contribute to digital marketing, and collaborate with the CIB Campus team. Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance market standing, promote values, share transaction announcements, and explore channels for successes and market positioning.• Ensure employee experience and brand perception align with customer and community engagement by collaborating with client-facing teams.
Your Team
This position is based in our Toronto office and reports to the Director, Corporate Development and Business Management, Corporate & Investment Banking. As part of the team, you will contribute to the success of the strategic initiatives and projects of over 400 CIB professionals across Canada. We promote a team-player attitude, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate well-developed, leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusted business relationships with internal and external partners.

Basic Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry.• Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships (cooperation, mobilization, influence)• Proficiency in HR systems and recruitment platforms.• Ability to optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency.• Resource management skills, including staffing and technology allocation• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
