Being an Advisor in the Fee-based Programs Administration team at National Bank Financial Wealth Management (NBFWM) means using your knowledge by supporting various network players in their customer service offer.
By joining the team, you will work surrounded by experts in order to best serve the needs of new and current clients.
Your role:
- Act as an expert advisor and coordinator for teams new to NBFWM
- Ensure a successful transition for new customers
- Guide network stakeholders by assessing and identifying their needs and proposing adapted solutions to support the transition while taking into account the diversity of files/cases
- Interact with the different sectors of the Bank, managers and employees to optimize processes
- Negotiate service agreements with the various stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction and the satisfaction of stakeholders in the network through the quality of the services offered
- Respond to stakeholder requests or route them appropriately
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various stakeholders involved in the service's activities as well as ensure interaction between these stakeholders
- Carry out various studies, research and analyzes in order to provide the information necessary for the proper functioning of activities and the completion of files
- Support the implementation of the stages of making changes and ensure follow-up
More specifically, you will have to:
- Act as an expert and coordinator in the transition process for new clients
- Act as a key person in process and procedure optimization related to clients’ transition processes
- Perform tasks related to welcoming new advisors
- Implement new processes aimed at increasing team efficiency - By macro creation and automation
- Handle and optimize Excel files and processes in order to facilitate data management
- Make suggestions for system improvements in order to reduce risks for the firm and irritants for the customer
- Set up statistical files for team activities related to your activities
- Work on critical activities that require availability in the evenings and weekends
- Act as a resource person for members of the FBNGP network through the various support mailboxes
- Organize and manage conference calls for training purposes

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and two years of relevant experience OR University certificate / PUB Undergrad and six years of relevant experience
- Experience in setting up procedures
- Expertise in Excel and working with Excel macros
- Expertise in data management
- Advanced mastery of the following applications: Word, (T80, GDI, Croesus - assets)
- Mastery of mass mailing process
- Knowledge of the implementation of procedures
- Able to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment
