As a Senior Advisor, Risk Process Engineering in the Operational Risk and Third-Party Transformation team you will act as an expert for a technology integration project and several operational risk business processes. It is through your communication and influence skills, your change and stakeholder’s management experience and your knowledge of process management and agile practices that you have a positive impact on employees by simplifying the ways of doing things.

Your role:

  • Evaluate all processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Analyze processes to understand issues and identify business needs and promote optimal and adapted solutions to solve issues
  • Ensure the alignment and simplification of processes in the technological tool and satellite processes and document deviations from the target process.
  • Make recommendations and collaborate on the development of target business models
  • Ensure continuous improvement, operational excellence, standardization and simplification.
  • Supporting stakeholders in the implementation of these changes
  • Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of project phases (e.g. drafting business requirements, execution of test strategies)
  • Write and update any documentation related to the processes impacted by the change.

Your team:

Within the Risk Management sector, you will report to the Senior Director, Operational and Third Party Risk Transformation. Our team has a cross-functional view of the Bank and stands out for its expertise, the production of quality data to inform business decisions, its collaboration, its power to act and its creative spirit to find innovative solutions.

Being a senior advisor in the Transformation, Operational and Third-Party Risk team means having an advisory role with a global scope of action on the bank and creating value by supporting the organization in large-scale and strategic projects. You will work in a fast-paced team, where the work is challenging and diverse. You will also work closely with the risk managers of the various business lines and corporate functions.

Prerequisites:

  • Industry-related University degree and seven years of relevant experience
  • Experience in operationalizing, leading and supervising complex projects (e.g. process optimization and transformation projects, agile practices, Lean Six Sigma training - green belt)
  • Experience in the coordination of the business component of a technology implementation project
  • Experience in an advisory role and ability to take charge and exercise influence
  • Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple complex files simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
