With your excellent customer service and proactivity, you take care of administrative needs and respond to requests from employees and partners. Your job
  • Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
  • Participate in the updating of work processes and procedures according to quality standards
  • Collaborate in the resolution of identified operational problems
  • Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance and risk management compliance 
  • Actively participate in their development and that of their peers
  • Process requests related to accounts, enrolment in the company's electronic products
  • Index information in systems (ICOP, passticket, GCC,tbt,)

Your team 
In the Enterprise Electronic Solutions sector, you will report to Section Director. You will be part of a team of 20 employees who stand out for their exceptional level of collaboration with our branch partners, in an environment that allows you to surpass yourself. Prerequisite
  • High school diploma  
  • Administrative skills
  • Propensity to provide fast and efficient customer service
  • Have knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
  • Ability to identify and raise avenues for process improvement 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Learning ability and curiosity
