Your job:

  • Respond adequately to the requests of clients and stakeholders involved in cases by offering professional and courteous service
  • Have the opportunity to learn and grow within a team that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovation
  • Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations
  • Make electronic funds transfers to notaries
  • Prepare bank drafts and mailings
  • Prepare for daily compensation
  • Validate the preliminary reports received from the notaries
  • Making mortgage disbursements
  • Properly use the complex equipment and software required for your work
  • The incumbent must be able to identify the risks inherent in the mortgage financing industry

Your team:

Operations is a large sector with more than 2500 employees where the majority of transactions and customer requests pass through

You will join a team of 30 people made up of technical advisors and senior clerks who take care of legal expertise and mortgage disbursements. You will report directly to the director Marie-Pier Desmarais.

The working hours are variable from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Prerequisite:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to proactively build relationships and strong ability to build strong customer relationships
