As a District Manager, you will drive the profitability of a region with responsibility for 15-20 retail stores. You will develop a team of Branch Managers to achieve sales performance, talent management, and compliance goals.

Job Description

During a typical day, you will:

  • Drive district profitability by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Branch Managers to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Monitor sales and profitability performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Drive the district recruitment and retention strategy for sales employees
  • Monitor to ensure that all employees are meeting customer service standards
  • Ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements are followed within the district
  • Provide and monitor debt management activities for district to collect on past due accounts

Qualifications

Successful candidates will:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, ideally consumer lending
  • Have a passion for sales and developing a sales team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
