The Navadian CHALLENGE:

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist users in resolving incidents.

Install, configure, and deploy software and IT equipment.

Ensure maintenance, updates, and repairs of IT infrastructure.

Manage user accounts, Office 365 licenses, and system security.

Implement new technological tools to optimize operations.

Optimize IT processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Train employees on the use of tools and software.

Document procedures and create technical guides.
Your profile:

Degree in computer science or related field
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

Advanced programming skills

Ability to analyze complex data and solve technical problems
