We are looking for a bilingual Level 1-2 IT Support Technician to join a dynamic team and provide essential technical support to employees. You will play a crucial role in IT operations, actively contributing to the management and maintenance of the company’s IT systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to employees.
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices).
  • Handle technical support requests efficiently and collaborate with external partners when needed.
  • Install, configure, and update internal software and applications.
  • Train and assist new employees on company tools and technologies.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assist in purchases and installations.
  • Document procedures and create user guides for employees.
  • Perform any other IT support tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Your Profile:

  • Bilingual (French and English) required (to support employees in the United States).
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in technical support.
  • Education: Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills:
    • Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory).
    • Good knowledge of mobile devices and peripherals (an asset).
    • Basic knowledge of telephony systems (an asset).
  • Personal skills:
    • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
    • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and resourcefulness in troubleshooting technical issues.
