Here's what Navada offers you as a CHALLENGE:

Actively participate in the deployment of the HSE action plan

Developing projects to support the achievement of OHE targets

Promoting compliance with safety procedures

Cooperate in the integration of new employees

Advising managers and employees in the development of their skills

Coordinating and leading the various HSE committees
-
Perform site visits and interventions when necessary
-
Contribute to the investigation and analysis of accidents and to the follow-up of the implementation of corrective measures

Participating in the review, improvement and documentation of the various processes.
Your profile:
-
Mimunim 5 years of experience in a similar role; plus
-
3 years of experience in the construction industry
-
Diploma in Health and Safety or other relevant training
-
Very good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding health, safety and well-being in the workplace
-
Knowledge MS Office suite
-
Ability to travel frequently to operational sites.
