The Navadian CHALLENGE:

Develop strategies for project implementation and provide daily oversight
-
Work closely with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate projects
-
Manage interactions with customers, respond to their requests, resolve any disputes and proactively communicate project developments

Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure rigorous follow-up
-
Track project budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with cost forecasts

Manage and track potential project changes

Carry out equipment/material releases and maintain close communication with suppliers

Make regular site visits to assess progress and resolve any problems.

You profile:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or construction engineering, specialization in building mechanics preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office

Valid driver's license.
