Nolinor is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician based in Saint-Hubert. This person will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities and building spaces, as well as stocking aircraft.

• Perform maintenance, upkeep, and general troubleshooting of the building across various trades: electrical work, plumbing, glazing, painting, masonry, carpentry, tiling, etc.;
• Carry out routine renovation and interior and exterior remodeling work;
• Stock aircraft;
• Conduct daily fuel analyses for aircraft;
• Receive fuel deliveries;
• Prioritize health and safety in the workplace;
• Perform any other related tasks.

• Possess a high school diploma;
• Experience in building maintenance or training from a trade school and/or related experience;
• Valid driver’s license;
• In good physical condition;
• Ability to work in all weather conditions;
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications (plans, schematics, procedure manuals, etc.);
• Experience in the aviation industry; an asset
