As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will have the chance to actively contribute to exciting challenges and the development of an engaging and harmonious work environment.

responsibilities:
  • Advise and support managers in the implementation of various human resources practices;
  • Encourage employee engagement and retention through close management;
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding strategies for new employees;
  • Stay alert to issues that may impact the work environment while fostering a culture of collaboration and respect;
  • Provide advisory support to managers on problem-solving and labor relations;
  • Actively participate in various continuous improvement projects (e.g., development/training pathways, talent management and succession planning programs, talent recognition and retention programs);
  • Manage and monitor occupational injury and disability cases;
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and application of human resources policies and procedures;
  • Act as an ambassador and promote organizational values.
Required skills:Key Competencies:
  • Excellent listening skills and good judgment;
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork and interpersonal relations;
  • Ability to establish a climate of trust;
  • Comfort in a constantly evolving environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and priority management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Bilingualism required (English and French), both written and spoken;
  • MPO certification is an asset.
