Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for planning

flight crew schedules and reservations.

responsibilities:
  • Effectively plan, monitor and adjust flight crew schedules;
  • Daily monitoring of transport reservations (air and land) and accommodation for crews;
  • Respond to requests from flight crew personnel and coordinate changes if necessary (vacation, leave requested, etc.);
  • Respect and apply the regulations (CAR) in terms of crew schedules;
  • Quickly schedule replacements on flights when pilots or flight attendants are absent;
  • Ensure schedule changes are communicated to crew members in a timely manner;
  • Establish an effective long-term action plan for overall schedule management.
Required skills:
  • High school diploma;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Program (specifically Excel);
  • Functional English, both oral and written;
  • Experience in the Aviation industry, an asset;
  • Experience in Transportation Logistics, an asset;
  • Good ability to solve problems;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
  • Highly organized.
