Arteau Paper and Packaging is a family owned fast growing company looking for people who are proactive, dynamic and have initiative to complete our team.

From the sales manager and customer service, the customer service clerk is responsible, among other things, to do the follow ups of the customer orders with the customers by phone or at the counter. To this effect the person must help the customer in her selection of the proper packaging products for their needs and to quote the products requested with the help of the inside sales team.

Also participate in the running of the customer service department.

  • Responsibilities:
Understand and answer customers on the phone or at the counter.
  • Learn to know the products offered by Arteau Paper and Packaging.
  • Offer products and pricing also suggest alternative products when the product wanted isn’t available.
  • Do follow ups with customers.
  • Receive payments from customers and process customer requests.
  • Make sure we keep the customers we have and acquire new customers.
  • Perform related tasks.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Handle customer complaints and try and finds solutions.
  • Demonstrate patience and self-control.
  • Adapt to different situations and challenges.
  • Multitask and manage your time effectively.

SKILLS SOUGHT AFTER

  • Speak and write – French and English.
  • Schooling:  High school
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong interest in customer service (proactivity)
  • Rigor, attention to detail and dynamism of work.
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discernment of rapid growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with others.
  • Help  other departments.
