YOUR ROLE

  • Maintain the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of aircraft.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges, and testing equipment.
  • Write detailed technical reports.
  • Check the structural and mechanical systems of aircraft to ensure they meet the performance and safety standards set by Transport Canada and the company.

Requested skills

Operational Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and standards related to aircraft maintenance
  • Strong proficiency in English to comprehend maintenance manuals and sufficient spoken fluency to discuss technical topics with English speakers
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Organized and comfortable with computers and the internet
  • Ability to obtain an airport pass issued by Transport Canada
