What is the opportunity?

Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

What will you do?

  • Establishes and maintains UAT, IST and Production environments.

  • Manages the implementations to UAT, IST and Production environments.

  • Ensures all projects, enhancements and fixes are QA certified prior to promoting to production.

  • Manages the troubleshooting and fault isolation process of application problems.

  • Leads the investigation and analysis of application failures including writing up of incident and root cause analysis reports

  • Manage and lead DRP initiatives, including implementation and testing.

  • Manage and lead infrastructure changes/upgrades initiated by TI.

  • Leads and Performs Application Control Assessments as required.

What you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, VB.NET

  • Technical capabilities with Windows platforms and features (IIS, SMTP, SFTP)

  • Innate ability to effectively deal with high pressure triage calls involving Priority 1 & 2 trading outage situations

  • Great attention to detail and has organizational skills and an analytical mind

  • Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deployment

Nice to Have

  • Familiar with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

  • Working knowledge on Enterprise Job Scheduler, JCL/Zeke jobs

  • Dev Ops processes and deployments using Helios

  • Flexibility for on-call and off hour support

  • Monitoring Tools - PagerDuty, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Splunk, OnDemand (Zeke job monitoring)

  • Collaboration Tools - JIRA/Confluence

  • Scheduling - Zeke/Stonebranch UAC

  • Devops - Helios/UCD/Jenkins
