Our expectations

Reporting to the Manager, Media Performance, AdTech, the Specialist, Paid Media will play a critical role in supporting our media strategy. The incumbent will manage our programmatic, social lower funnel media campaigns, run test & learn to generate efficiencies, help maintaining and improving reporting, analytics, as well as support the deployment of new media analytics technologies and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for briefing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging their expertise to drive results and contribute to the overall success of the marketing strategy. This position is located in Boucherville, Québec, Canada.

Your role

  • Execute end-to-end campaign management with internal and external partners (brief, support campaign planning, test & learn and campaign setup, optimization and reporting)
  • Monitor campaign delivery and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Generate insights from data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to internal stakeholders to drive decision-making
  • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and outcomes to maximize ROI of each marketing/brand dollar spent within weekly budget restraints
  • Support enhancements to our reporting muscle and new media capabilities to facilitate internal understanding of brand investments and campaigns performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, E-Commerce, IT, as well as external partners and vendors to integrate digital media strategies and enhance campaign execution

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media, with a focus on campaign optimization and execution
  • Comfort with ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building positive and productive working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as DV360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with audience management tools like CDP, GA4, and CRM, as well as analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics
  • Good knowledge of data visualization platforms like Datorama and Power BI (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator with the confidence to present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
