Your role:
Reporting to the Brand, Advertising, and Influence Marketing Lead, the Marketing Specialist ensures the coordination and management of the deployment plans for photo shoots as well as other special production projects, including Le Grand Chantier RONA
For photo shoots:
Manage the list of products used during photo shoots.
Follow-up on the list of photos to be taken and the production plan.
Coordinate product shipping and returns (e.g., samples, in-store purchases, online purchases).
Coordinate on-site sessions: provide guidance to the production team to meet briefing and business requirements.
Coordinate and approve photo touch-ups.
Define the nomenclature for each deliverable and manage image archiving.
Stay updated on photo production trends and methods.
For production projects:
Monitor project timelines.
Manage various media and owned channel assets.
Coordinate the list of products required for projects, deliveries, and returns.
Collaborate with the production team during shoots.
Work closely with various internal teams, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Support the Marketing team in the production of various content.
What we are looking for :
University degree in marketing or related field.
Three to five years’ experience in marketing, experience in production is an asset.
Proficiency with the Office environment.
Proven creativity and energy.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Thorough, organized and reliable.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
