Our Retail and Energy client is looking for a Business Analyst with downstream / retail project experience to drive and support Agile transformative, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.

Client located downtown. Hybrid working environment

Must Haves:

• 5+ years' experience is a Business Analyst on Agile or SAFe projects

• Downstream Oil & Gas project experience (Supply and Trading, Transportation/Fleet Management, and/or Gas Stations and Convenience Store)

• Experience managing and prioritizing product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.

• Experience supporting transitioning products and solutions to operations and support models

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with specific downstream oil and gas regulatory requirements.

• Experience with enterprise-level applications used within the oil and gas sector.

• Knowledge of security best practices in the context of Agile project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by creating intake proposals, presentations, and other essential documents

• Support testing phases, ensuring successful releases aligned with project timelines.

• Assist with the transition of solutions into operations, coordinating with support teams for smooth handover.
