Int. Regional Marketing Manager to support Private Wealth team for our banking client- 66270-1

Length of Contract: 1 year with possible extension or conversion to FT

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office in DT Toronto)


Job Description:

  • This role delivers marketing consulting to Private Wealth Professionals to support their entrepreneurial business development via increased client acquisition/loyalty. The Regional Marketing Manager leads development and execution of marketing materials, ensuring it meets brand, legal and compliance requirements for Private Wealth Professionals while also helping to drive regional execution of national strategic initiatives.


Must Haves

  • 2-3 years of marketing management experience including advertising, direct marketing, collateral, digital, and social preferred
  • Demonstrated experienced working in complex organizations with internal and external partners

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with internal and external partners on creative development and adaptation, approvals and translation requirements for all customized marketing materials and promptly responding to all marketing requests.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and execution of marketing requests for Private Wealth Professionals in assigned region.
  • Develop regional marketing campaigns ensuring adherence to client's branding guidelines
  • Regularly update and create posted marketing material on intranet; keeping in constant communication with Private Wealth advisors to ensure timely completion of marketing requests.
  • Oversee proper maintenance of records of all projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness and in a manner that complies with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Track performance of executed programs, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Help to develop strategic Firm-wide marketing campaigns, and/or specific district / division level campaigns by establishing key targets, tracking results and working with other marketing partners to execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (i.e. regional business leaders, graphic designs, translation, legal, compliance, regulatory, enterprise brand team) and external partners (i.e. agencies) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget.
  • Manages various external vendor relationships as required
