Our client is looking for Intermediate Bilingual (French/English) Telephone Operator to work with Law Enforcement Agencies across Canada in emergency situations. (On site in Edmonton or Montreal) - 19274


  • 6 months contract, high possibility for extension, work on site in Edmonton or Montreal office.
  • Shifts are 12.5 hrs - 6 to 6:30 MT both ways (Edmonton) OR 8 - to 8:30 EST (Montreal)
  • 37.5 hrs per week


Must-Have:

  • Fully bi-lingual - English and French
  • Ability to work 24/7/365 rotation shifts nights/days (Shifts are 12.5 hrs - 6 to 6:30 MT both ways (Edmonton) OR 8 - to 8:30 EST (Montreal)
  • Experience within a Call Center environment
  • Punctual, reliable and analytical skills


Nice-to-Have:

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite as well as MS Windows & Office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Experience in technical support
  • Ability to handle high volume calls
