Intermediate Business Analyst with financial data experience for a NetSuite implementation project.

Duration: 12 months to start

Location: Remote (Ontario)

Project: Implementing the new Oracle NetSuite Analytics Data Warehouse (NSAW).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Planning, Reporting) to translate their financial reporting requirements into actionable data specifications for the Salesforce, NetSuite, Dell Boomi, and NSAW system administrators.
• Define, document, and communicate data mapping requirements and data flows to ensure seamless integration between Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and the Data Warehouse. Assist in the design of the data warehouse structure and data pipelines.
• Review financial data and test data models to ensure that all reports generated meet business requirements and data integrity standards. Ensure that the data is accurate, reliable, and complete.
• Provide support in creating and validating custom financial reports, ensuring they align with the business's needs and expectations. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the financial data outputs.
• Act as a liaison between the business users (CFO, finance team) and the technical teams (system admins, developers) to ensure alignment on reporting requirements, data structures, and integration details.
• Work to automate manual reports currently being created in Excel, streamlining the reporting process as part of the NSAW implementation.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and financial reporting.
• Advanced excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros to analyze and report on financial data.
• Data warehousing experience
