Our client is seeking a Intermediate Compensation and Classification Specialist to implement a new job structure with aligned compensation in a unionized environment.
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience in building out Compensation Structures for a pay for performance environment
- Experience designing and developing compensation and classification resources, including frameworks, guides, policies, and tools tailored for employees and leaders
- Experience supporting succession planning initiatives
- Experience working with Excel to build out macros for compensation calculations
