Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire an Intermediate Program Administrator to develop and maintain a technology and capabilities roadmap.


Background:


The Strategic Concepts Section is entrusted to lead efforts to enhance the organization's ability to sense, make sense, decide, and act in an informed and timely manner. The aims is to address this requirement through the development of a strategic-to-operational level Pan-Domain Command and Control and Pan-Domain Situational Awareness capability that will allow the organization to deliver, on behalf of the Government of Canada (GC), against a full array of threats and challenges.


Tasks:


  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that will enable the organization to integrate requirements, track emergent technologies and capabilities, and will also enhance the coherence of capability development efforts;
  • Coordinate, facilitate, report on the development and lessons observed of the organizations capability;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and relevant entities to apply and monitor use of business practices and technologies;
  • Advise on the implementation of doctrine and business practices for training and developing staff;
  • Prepare presentations, briefings, and other materials to effectively communicate key concepts, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Corporate Management and Business Practices Implementation - 2+ years
  • Corporate Operations Governance Oversight - 2+ years
