Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to perform oversight and overall management.

The work performed under this contract will consist of supporting the Digital Hub in the design, prototyping, development, operation, scaling and sustainment of cloud-based software applications developed following an Agile methodology and leveraging DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of resources assigned to a complex activity, including planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, executing, implementing and monitoring all work activities undertaken in support of the activity and the provision and management of the supplied resources;
• Conduct and coordinate progress review meetings, including production and distribution of all meeting minutes and artifacts;
• Track schedule and cost performance against the targets established in the assigned activity and advise the TA should the activity be at risk of running short of either time or funding
• Coordinate the submission of all activity deliverables;
• Participate in and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders including but not limited to fellow CAF entities, Digital Services Group, Joint Defence Cloud Project (JDCP), and DIMSecur;
• Ensure all compliance criteria are met and followed as per the Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) process;
• Provide expertise in the realm of change management, business process streamlining and resource management as it pertains to agile software development;
• Ensure the development teams are working in an Agile manner, and refine/revamp the processes as required;
• Leverage Azure DevOps to effectively manage and prioritize work in coordination with the Product Owner and Technical Authority and
• Develop post-activity reports for activity closeout.

Must Haves:

• Degree in the field of Business Administration or Engineering Management OR a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Cloud based Custom Software Applications 8+years
• Agile and DevSecOps 8+years
