Our client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Support Analyst to support & manage Microsoft 365 and SaaS collaboration tools & services.


Must Have:

  • 5+ years experience managing Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Hybrid)
  • Experience providing Tier I & II support for M365 & other collaboration tools
  • Experience integrating M365 & Exchange
  • PowerShell Scripting


Nice to Have:

  • Power Automate
  • Graph API
  • Mining industry experience


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Hybrid.
  • Offer technical support escalation for users for Microsoft 365 services and SaaS collaboration tools.
  • Handle Exchange recipient management and troubleshoot server application relay and user email issues.
  • Integrate with M365 / Exchange and manage other SaaS solutions.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, and Graph API for administrative tasks and automation.
