Our midstream client is hiring a Junior Project Administrator to support document control and administration in preparation for a large turnaround project in Taylor, BC

Must have:

  • 1+ year experience in Office Administration, Document Control or Project Administration
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent system
  • Experience with MS Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Material Procurement / SAP work order Updates/ Invoice checking
  • Coordinate all paperwork, standard forms, and processes
  • Coordinate materials for Shutdown Manuals
  • Document and electronically organize all paperwork into one set of Shutdown files
  • Create and maintain filing system for all equipment and work being done
  • Organize pre-turnaround meetings and orientations for contractors
  • Maintain and distribute lists of Turnaround team and outside services
  • Set up staff schedule for Turnaround employees
  • Prepare and distribute Job Ticket Binders - Print and produce job tickets, put in binders, blind lists, clearance forms, hazard assessment forms, capital jobs, engineering packages, list of all orders for each area.
  • Communication with all permit areas to ensure all shutdown paperwork is kept and brought to Turnaround office.
